Fittings and workshop tours run by appointment so an artisan can give you their full attention. Book at least 48 hours ahead and tell us which pieces you would like laid out for you.

- Four to six weeks from confirmation of hide and hardware. Monogramming adds two working days.
- Do you repair bags bought years ago?
- Yes. Every LUR original carries lifetime repair. Send photographs of the damage and the numbered card that came with your bag.
- Can I visit without an appointment?
- The showroom welcomes walk-ins during opening hours, but fittings and workshop tours require booking so an artisan is free to guide you.
- Do you ship internationally?
- We ship to more than 30 countries, insured and tracked, in a cotton dust bag and archive box.
